Growing Up Fast

Both Nyah and Trey are growing up so fast. I swear that I can literally "see" see them change every day. It amazes me how fast time flies. Here are some updated pictures that I have been meaning to post for a while.

Treyson turned 4 month this past week and he also got his first taste of rice cereal. He made a few funny faces at first, but as you can see in the end he thought it wasn't too bad.

He also enjoys his bib, his feet, his hands, and just about anything he can put in his mouth. This is a huge difference from Nyah who NEVER put ANYTHING in her mouth. I can just imagine the adventures that we will have in the future.

Yes, yes, he loves his feet. They are so fascinating. And ticklish.

Here is a random photo of Nyah in the bathtub. Of course there are bubbles because bath time is not quite as much fun unless you have bubbles. If you don't believe me, you can ask her. I am quite positive that she will tell you.

Nyah still loves her brother. I kept expecting the novelty to wear off, but fortunately it hasn't. She loves it when he laughs and when he talks. "Mom Trey's talking" is something she tells me multiple times a day. She also likes to inform me when he is awake, if he is sad or crying, when he is sleeping, etc. etc. She is just a regular old running commentary. I LOVE IT!

Steelhead Anyone?

Here are the results of Blake's most recent fishing trip. He brought home two more steelhead. Yeah. I am just sooooo excited! I was so worried that my freezer didn't have quite enough fish in it. I don't know what we would have done if he hadn't been successful. (Close your eyes and imagine this laced with sarcasm and you will get an accurate reading of my feelings on the matter.)

Locks of Love

Did you know that being sick and throwing up constantly for 9 months helps your hair to grow? Well it does for me! Okay, so in all seriousness, when I am pregnant my hair does grow about 10-12 inches. So for the second time, I decided to chop about 11 inches as a donation to Locks of Love. To be honest, I was nervous for the change, but also ready for it to be gone. It was driving me bonkers. I really like the cut, but it is pretty short. In fact, the first day I used WAY too much shampoo. A major bonus has been that it only takes about 5 minutes to dry as opposed to 30 plus. Anyway, here are some photos I thought I would pass on for your viewing pleasure. Hope you enjoy!

And . . . 11 inches later
